Responsibility

Our Values and Goals
As a family-run business, we are dedicated to crafting luxurious knitted garments from carefully selected natural materials that meet our high standards of quality. From the very beginning, our aim has always been to provide our customers with more than just beautiful products—we offer warmth, comfort, and care. Every piece we create is a reflection of our commitment to excellence and sustainability, designed to stand the test of time. We believe in creating garments that are not only stylish but also durable, so our customers can enjoy them for many years to come, embracing the longevity of our products as part of their sustainable lifestyle.

Why We Do What We Do
Our passion for knitting is rooted in the belief that this time-honored craft is not just a skill, but an art form at risk of fading away. Through knitting, countless unique garments can be crafted, each with its own story. Our mission is to revolutionize and reinvent this art, merging the old with the new, and bringing knitting back into the spotlight. We want to make this timeless craft more present in the modern world, celebrating its heritage while pushing its boundaries.

Our Philosophy
We believe in sustainability and are committed to producing fashion that responsibly uses the resources of nature, animals, and people. Our fashion encourages slow consumption and thoughtful purchasing, valuing quality over quantity. We understand that in life, it’s not just about taking but also about giving back in equal measure. This principle guides our work, moving away from the fast-paced, throwaway culture and embracing the idea that sometimes, less is more. We want our customers to cherish our products for a long time, thanks to their timeless yet cool designs, exceptional durability, and perfect fit. Our pieces are made to last, both in quality and style.

Materials We Use
Our collections focus on cardigans, sweaters, scarves, gloves and hats, all crafted from luxurious yarns, particularly alpaca, mohair, angora, cashmere and merino wool.
Alpaca
Alpaca wool is renowned for its luxurious softness and exceptional warmth. The fibers are semi-hollow, allowing them to trap warm air efficiently, making Alpaca garments incredibly warm yet lightweight. This wool is also hypoallergenic, which means it’s less likely to cause irritation for those with sensitive skin. Additionally, Alpaca fibers have a silky texture that resists pilling and offers a naturally smooth finish, making them perfect for high-quality, long-lasting knitwear.
Merino Wool
Merino wool is celebrated for its versatility and comfort. It's exceptionally soft, thanks to its fine fibers, which are much smoother than traditional wool, making it perfect for garments worn close to the skin. Merino wool is also naturally odor-resistant and has moisture-wicking properties, keeping you dry and comfortable in various conditions. Additionally, it's durable and elastic, ensuring that garments made from Merino wool maintain their shape over time, even with frequent use.
Mohair
Mohair, sourced from the Angora goat, is prized for its sheen and resilience. The fibers are strong, durable, and have a natural luster, giving Mohair garments a luxurious, almost shimmering appearance. Mohair is also known for its excellent insulation properties—keeping you warm in winter and cool in summer—thanks to its ability to regulate temperature. Moreover, it's resistant to wrinkles and shrinking, ensuring that Mohair garments look fresh and new for longer.

How We Create Our Products
Sustainability and respect for nature are at the heart of everything we do. Each of our products is designed and crafted in Germany, where every piece is meticulously hand-knit and assembled, ensuring that each item is uniquely distinct. We consciously distance ourselves from the fast-paced, disposable culture prevalent in the fashion industry today. Instead, we embrace a slower approach, focusing on quality over quantity and deeply appreciating the craftsmanship behind every garment.
Our commitment to nature extends beyond simply using its resources; it also involves giving back. Every hand-knitted piece takes time, reflecting our belief that the journey is as important as the destination. The process of knitting brings us joy and fulfillment, and we take pride in the fact that our creations are made to last. Our philosophy of "less is more" not only promotes durability but also encourages a deeper appreciation for the things we own.
